Selection
We will recruit drug discovery research scientists on a timely basis.
| Main Targets | Postdocs with a few years of experience in research, persons who have a degree corresponding to a doctoral or master’s degree, or those who will obtain such a degree (new graduates), persons who have worked for the private sector. | Persons who have expertise in a specific field and working research experience, either in business or academia. | |

DISC(Drug discovery Innovator Selection Camp)
WHAT IS DISC?
Drug discovery Innovator Selection Camp (DISC) is a program designed to select researchers who would be a valuable asset to Astellas Pharma’s drug discovery endeavors. DISC Winners will have the opportunity to join Astellas Pharma as a research worker (full-time employee).
