Other Introduction to FFDay (Family/Friendly Friday)
In April 2009, Astellas introduced FFDay (Family/Friendly Friday), reducing the scheduled working hours on Fridays by 1 hour and 45 minutes. MR also shortened working hours by 15 minutes a day and increased annual leave days.
We are working to reduce the number of regular working hours per year and to promote work styles that take into account productivity improvements and work-life balance.
